ZMSH offers high-quality single crystal sapphire substrates available in 2-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch diameters, manufactured from 99.99% pure Al₂O₃ (aluminum oxide) using advanced crystal growth and polishing technology.
These sapphire wafers feature superior hardness, chemical stability, thermal conductivity, and optical transparency, making them the preferred material for LEDs, GaN epitaxy, optical windows, semiconductor thin films, and microelectronic devices.
ZMSH sapphire substrates are available in both single-side polished (SSP) and double-side polished (DSP) forms, with surface roughness as low as Ra ≤ 0.3 nm and total thickness variation (TTV) under 3 μm. Each wafer is precisely cut to A-plane, C-plane, M-plane, or R-plane orientation according to customer requirements, ensuring optimal lattice matching for high-yield epitaxial growth and superior device performance.
